By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using DigiCard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Service
DigiCard provides tools for creating and sharing digital business cards, mini websites, product or service information and related content. Available features may vary by plan and may be improved or changed over time.
2. Account responsibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content
You retain responsibility for information, images, logos, documents, products and links uploaded to your card. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish that content.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use DigiCard to publish or distribute:
- Illegal, fraudulent, misleading or harmful content.
- Malware, phishing pages or content intended to compromise another system.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights.
- Spam, harassment, impersonation or unauthorized financial schemes.
- Material that violates applicable law or payment-provider rules.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that present a security, legal or abuse risk.
5. Plans, payments and renewal
Pricing, plan duration and included features are shown before purchase. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a yearly plan remains active for the purchased term and requires renewal to continue after expiry. Taxes or payment-provider charges, where applicable, may be shown during payment.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, hosting issues, internet failures, third-party outages or security events may cause temporary interruption. Support is provided through the contact channels listed on this website.
7. Third-party services
Your card may link to WhatsApp, social networks, maps, payment services or other third-party platforms. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, policies or actions.
8. Intellectual property
The DigiCard software, interface, branding and original templates remain the property of their respective owner or licensor. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during the active plan period.
9. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DigiCard is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, loss caused by content supplied by a user, or events outside our reasonable control.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, security threats or material breach of these terms. Contact support before expiry if you need help exporting available information.
11. Governing terms
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protections, disputes will be handled by the competent courts serving Nashik, Maharashtra.
